Excellent little place to stay for 5 days. Absolutely perfect location by the close bus station in a nice local area. Amazing food in the restaurants such as Trapizzino, located 5 min away.

The rooms with large balcony, bedroom and huge shower were air-conditioned. The location was magnificent for traveling around Rome, really close to all locations and/or the subway, the main attractions in Rome and the Termini station.

We had a wonderful stay at Seven Suites in a non-touristy area. Lovely room, helpful staff, and great value. The nearby restaurants were a hit with locals. Definitely staying here again on our next visit.

The room was spacious with a large balcony, and the breakfast had a delicious variety to satisfy all tastes.

The place has a great location, just a 15-minute walk from Piramide tube station, and the unit is spacious, clean, and includes a bathroom, safe.

Our stay was a very nice experience. All the employees were very very helpful and efficient. Magnificent location, historic sites and a church were near the hotel. It was in a nice local area, close to a train station.

I had a fantastic stay at a beautiful B&B in a residential neighborhood away from all the tourist attractions. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, with modern amenities and a balcony where my daughter and I could enjoy the sights. The hotel was conveniently located close to public transportation and within walking distance of many restaurants and shops. The best part was the breakfast at the nearby cafe, which served amazing coffee and pastries. The staff were also very helpful and pleasant to deal with.

For us, it was ideal.

we had a great time here and would like to come again. overall clean hotel, really enjoyed to be close enough to cafes, the vatican and cafe's, pastry, pizza shops thanks to great and lovely location. huge and big units with comfortable beds and bathroom, and the staff were incredibly nice. the downstairs bar was a delightful surprise.

We had a fantastic romantic escape in a quiet and comfortable room with a lovely balcony overlooking the street. The room was spacious, clean, and had a modern bathroom. We appreciated the amenities provided, especially the mini-fridge and electric hot water kettle. The location was perfect, with easy access to buses and within walking distance of restaurants, bars, and a market. We loved immersing ourselves in the local neighborhood and experiencing the real rhythms of everyday life.

One small downside was the lack of an iron in the room, but it was a minor inconvenience. it would have been nice to have another chair in the room, but the settee and desk at the end of the hall were comfortable alternatives.

The location was magnificent because it was really close to a residential area, and tourist areas. Had nice dainties at Pasticceria Linari, located near the hotel.
